"No pool. A lot of walking if you’re there for bowling. Stairs in spots with no escalators."

"We stayed in a room N2003 that was no smoking! When we finally found the room , as we walked in, I could tell that someone had been smoking!!! It stunk!!! I have stayed here many, many times but I have never stayed in this particular area and I never will again! My husband and I are Seniors and walking is hard at times, but when we finally found the room we have to walk down a flight of stairs with our luggage! I was not feeling good and the registration area was very far from our room otherwise I would have gone and changed the room! It was discusting and smelled of mold and smoke! We will be back to Peppermill in July and I will definitely get myself a better room than we had! NOT HAPPY!!!!!"

"At check in, we opted to have our room cleaned. It never got touched until day 3 of our 5 day stay. Had to notify them that it was not being cleaned. Then found food under the lamp and table that had pushed up with a sweeper at some point. Had to ask to refill the coffee containers daily as well. "

"This place is one of my favorite on lake Tahoe the swimming pool is excellent choice specially if you travel with kids the rooms are cleans and good location to restaurants and stores. One of my favorites on the heart of tahoe strongly recomended you can be wrong"

"This place is extremely exelent cleand snd good ubication at the heart of Lake Tahoe the staffs are very helpful I have and issue whit my booking and they helping me to resolve my problem the valet parking is the best choice you can get if I have to rate 1 to 10. I give $100% I strongly recommend 👍"
