“This by far is my favourite hostal in India. The beds are so comfy, the showers have hot water all the time, and the staff are constantly cleaning! The kitchen is very well equipped which was great, and the staff were so, so lovely and kind, and go out of their way to help you. Priya the owner, takes such pride in the hostal and that’s why the space is so beautiful. Great hostal if you want a good rest, in a great location, and also if you want to socialise there are nice common areas to meet...

“when I entered the hotel first day I smelled strong kerosine odour which is normally used to kill the bugs but they lied to tell me that they are painting the rooms . Twice complained . The room a/c is old . Hotel in crowded place so lot of noise , its not their fault . ”

“Close to airport so thuoght will be good to stay before early flight. The staff were very nice but all the other things were bad. The private room we booked was dirty. The flour was sticky, the walls were with stains all over, blankets without cover, matress hard and bed making nise on every turn. Window high and can not open. Felt like a prison room. Maybe good for backpackers but for what we paid a real bad experience.”

“Booking was not confirmed by hotels.com when I reached there till Mrng.so there was an issue. Flush not working in the bathroom.had to use jetspray. No lights in few showers.atleast there was hot water. The corner part of the dormitory did not get enough AC. There were huge snorers so it’s hard to sleep there and the room echoes. There were mosquitoes too”

“i had booked delux room but he provide me family room and breakfast is served to me in same period. thats not satisfactory. after reaching hotel he was not able to provide me room, after 1hr he was able to provide room”

“Positivt: Fungerende wifi, et ganske udmærket område, tv (meget lille) på værelset Negativt: Dårlig service (ubehøvlet personale), ingen udluftning, ingen vinduer på værelset, aircondition fungerede dårligt og nogle gange slet ikke. Konklusion: Som en person ville det måske være et acceptabelt sted, at bo i mere end en uge - men som flere ville mere end en overnatning være for meget. Hvis man blot skal bruge et sted at sove mens man leder efter et andet sted, så kan Eden Guest House &...

“My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

“I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall.”
