“This is a very quaint and off the beaten path place to stay. It’s a bit older, but the sheets and bedding’s were very clean. The surrounding area is very spartan/rural, but extremely peaceful. Very easy access to petrol stations and it’s right off or onto the interstate. ”

“The BnB is good, just be aware Memphis is in decay/decline. Not a single street or road has been maintained in the last 20 years.Downtown has all the new construction as far as hotels and arenas, but midtown is the orphan as far as care. TV was bragging there were ONLY 3700 cars stolen Jan-May 2024,compared to 5200 same time last year. Piles of debris,junk,old furniture along the streets all over the city add to the impression of abandonment.”

“I almost did not stay due to a few of the reviews. There is one review that talks about the hallway smelling of piss. Well I got off the elevator on all floors and never had this issue. I have stayed on three floors in the last month and there was not an issue of bad odor. The lobby is clean and inviting. The main breakfast does not appear until 7:00 am but there are other options starting at 6:00 am. I have gotten a suite every visit. If traveling with kids or other family recommend these...
