Everything was great, staff was incredible and room was clean. Be aware though there's no dedicated parking garage. You're gonna have to park on the street unless you pay for the valet. In downtown Memphis it's basically a 50/50 gamble your car is gonna get raided. Other than that, perfect stay.

We were able to get an early check-in and late checkout. The room was decent and the staff was fairly nice. They did miss a day of cleaning our room. They held our bags before our room was ready and because we had a late flight coming back. Parking can be expensive. Try to find street parking if you can. The neighborhood can be a little sketchy walking to and from Beale street. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the main attraction street.
