“We arrived at the George Hotel in the middle of the night due to the train schedule. The Hotel staff had arranged for our pickup from the train station and were very warm at reception when they provided us with our room key and invitation to breakfasts. The room was very clean, well appointed given the historic nature of the hotel. The bed was comfy, shower perfect and the staff very accommodating all week. “A very nice hotel right next to the Market Square. Breakfast was delicious, the tea was excellent, and the service was great. There is a small beauty studio on the top floor. I had an amazing massage there. Total relaxation and the perfect way to recover after a long trip. Highly recommended.”
