"We stayed at Paris expecting a noticeable step up after staying at Treasure Island the night before, but unfortunately it ended up feeling like a downgrade in both room quality and customer service. The TV in our room didn’t work, and after maintenance came up and couldn’t fix it, they more or less laughed it off without offering a real solution. We had a dinner reservation, so the front desk told us they’d handle it when we returned later that evening.
When we got back late at night hoping for a room change, we were initially denied, then eventually moved to the room directly next door, which somehow felt less nice than the original room. Overall, the experience felt more like a 2–3 star stay than what we expected from Paris Las Vegas.
The pool area was fine, but nothing particularly memorable — especially compared to Caesars across the street, and nowhere near the level of the Venetian or Wynn. We genuinely expected Paris to be a significant upgrade from Treasure Island, but surprisingly TI ended up offering the better overall value and experience."
