"Stunning hotel in a perfect location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a superior canal view room with a lovely view of the Belfort. Room was great - clean and big and the bed was very comfortable. "
"Probably sixth or seventh time of staying at this hotel. Very convenient for town center with enough facilities for most stays. One problem, i always book careful to mention my mobility problems so no stairs, long walks or high floors. Unfortunately these conditions had not been met this time and, after inspecting the room initially offered, we caused problems by having to request an alternate room.
