“The receptionist who checked me in was lovely. I had forgotten to request a room with no stairs and she was very helpful. I wasn't in the hotel much as I was visiting friends, but my room was very nice and the bed was warm and comfy.”

“All the staff were very friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. If you were later than 09.00 am for breakfast, the choice was not so good than if you had turned up earlier, that was our feeling. The Saturday evening meal was not totally satisfactory because there was not enough staff and we booked a table at 20.30 but did not eat until 21.45.
