“Awesome accommodation!”

“Great proximity to Lassen National Park! We were happy to find this place so close to the park. The town of Chester is very small so dining options are limited, but we found perfectly good places to eat for both dinner and breakfast. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you want to arrive near Lassen Park for morning access to the park, this hotel is perfectly located. It worked well for us.”

“Was here for business. Clean and friendly.”

“I cannot express how great this place is. While it may be a work in progress on the outside, the hotel portion and patio (or “moondeck”) is perfection. Cozy rooms with brand new everything. Clean, comfy, and well maintained. You can tell how much care has gone into restoring this little place. Hats off to Matt the owner for the work and love he’s put into it. Don’t skip the connected store/deli that has some delicious sandwiches. I will definitely be stopping back in.”

“The staff was very friendly, the property was centrally located and updated with all the amenities including table and chairs, fridge/freezer, great shower, comfortable bed. There was a full breakfast served in the morning. I would definitely stay again.”
