"I don’t want any hotel one business but I would not stay here again. While price was cheap $75 I felt initially comfortable when I booked online because the photos looked fine and they had the Days inn/Wyndham brand name. The bedspread had stains on it and the pillows were not clean. This is the first time in my life I decided to remove the shower curtain and place it on my bed so I could sleep on top of it -I replaced the shower curtain in the am back in the bathroom. There was no clock in the rooms the mirror had a crack in it and the microwave was dirty. Again it was a cheap price and maybe ok for a single male who needs a quick nights sleep but I would not recommend a single woman to stay here-it just did not feel safe. The hot water in bath was fine-no complaints but personally I would not stay here again "

"I had a very pleasant stay at Tru by Hilton. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Every interaction during my stay was positive, which made the experience even better. The room was clean, modern, and well organized, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day. The location is convenient, with nearby restaurants and stores, which made everything easier during my stay. Special thanks to Darla and the rest of the staff for providing excellent customer service and making my stay enjoyable."

"I would like to start by saying I was not expecting anything luxurious, but finding roaches in the bed headboard area was definitely not what I expected. When I checked in, the front desk associate was polite, and the check-in process was quick and easy. However, after about three hours in the room, I noticed a roach on the wall. Once I started looking around more carefully, I found another on the TV console, one near the edge of the headboard, and later a small roach even walked across my iPad screen while I was using it. I reported it to the staff, and the employee offered me another room, which looked newer, but the overall experience was already very disappointing. I asked about a refund, but they said refunds were not available. I still had to stay two nights, and honestly it was very uncomfortable — I kept waking up and checking around because I was worried about more roaches. This has been the worst experience I have had in a low-budget hotel. There are also people staying here long-term who leave trash outside overnight, which may be contributing to the issue. What concerned me most is that when I reported the roaches, the staff did not seem surprised. One bug can happen anywhere, but seeing four or more feels like a serious cleanliness and health concern. This property really needs inspection and better pest control."

"The rooms are nice and comfortable, staff has always been nice. I have stayed here several times in the past. The most recent and the time before, was woke up around 4:30-5:00 am because of noise in the room next to me. Then housekeeping starts cleaning at like 7 am running into the walls with the vacuum over and over. I am not sure if the walls are super thin or what but it will be the last time I stay here. "
