“Great location at tip of Esplanade. Somewhat older and worn guesthouse, could do with a refresh such as carpets. No fans in room (A/C not expected) but fridge was an excellent surprise. Very friendly.”

“The Cavendale was very clean, in an excellent area for visiting the beach as it was just over the road. I had a room with a beach view but you sometimes get a view of the port area it’s not a commercial port. There’s no worry. It’s just a good view as well. “Stopped for 3 nights, stayed in the suite room 5 with views over the beach and the esplanade. Went beyond our expectations. Hosts were great. Breakfast was tasty, fresh fruit bowl, particularly good. Parking was on the street but was covered by a parking pass, so it was free. Will definitely stay here again.”

“체크인 할때 1층 펍으로 들어가서 이름만 말하고 객실로 안내되어 당황하긴 했지만 객실이 상당히 깨끗하구요, 욕실이 미친듯이 깨끗했어요. 후기에 만족도가 10점 만점인데는 이유가 있는거였어요. 웨이머스역에서 내리면 그냥 코앞이 숙소라 위치상으로는 더할나위 없구요. 숙소에서 코너만 한번 꺾으면 바로 해변입니다. 조식도 영국 여행하는 동안 먹은 음식 중 제일제일제일 맛있었어요!!!! 이곳 숙소 때문에라도 웨이머스에 다시 한 번 더 놀러갈 생각입니다. 다들 멀리서 온 저에게 친절하게 대해줘서 고마웠어요!!!”

“Das gute zuerst: der Strand ist direkt über die Straße zu erreichen und wir hatten das Glück, einen Parkplatz (gebührenpflichtig) direkt vor der Tür zu bekommen. Uns wurde ein Zimmer im DG zugewiesen, zu welchem wir trotz Aufzug noch eine enge Treppe hinauf mussten. Es war dort betörend heiß, es gab keinen Ventilator oder eine Klimaanlage, die Fenster konnten waren nur kleinen Spalt hochgeschoben und konnten nicht bewegt werden, da sie defekt waren.”

“We had a mini break here Thursday to Saturday. The place was wonderful and had a really relaxed feeling about it. Staff were all lovely and really personable, nothing was too much. As a family of 4 it was perfect, the family room was an ideal size and being located on the beach was magical for the kids. I would highly recommend and hope to return again.”

“Fabulous location away from the tourists but a very short walk to all the action, the sea, the harbour, etc. Free parking included. Spectacular breakfast included. The hosts, Jackie and Chris, took care of our every need and went beyond expectation. Even brought us upgraded wine glasses one evening to better enjoy our bottle of wine on their front patio. Incredibly generous hosts.”

“Room was lovely . However there was lumps of hair on the carpet where it had not been hoovered . no toilet brush in the room . Black bits on the bed . milk splashes on the wall socket and on the little drew the tea was in . VERY hot in the room and hotel . Lovely coffee from the coffee shop . Bath room lovely and clean nice soap and shower gel . Plenty of towels . Lovely helpful staff . Breakfast was ok . Lift dirty . no beach view we had a brick wall for a view . Hotel setting was beautiful...

“A very wholesome breakfast with a vegetarian option. Clean room with everything you need to hand. Location was spot on, directly opposite the beach and in easy walking distance of the restaurants, shops, train station, buses and harbour. The hosts are friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely stay at the Brunswick B&B again and will certainly recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks Mr & Mrs Hughes”
