“Fabulous location away from the tourists but a very short walk to all the action, the sea, the harbour, etc. Free parking included. Spectacular breakfast included. The hosts, Jackie and Chris, took care of our every need and went beyond expectation. Even brought us upgraded wine glasses one evening to better enjoy our bottle of wine on their front patio. Incredibly generous hosts.”

“It was a lovely place to stay while in Dorset. It’s an 8 minute drive to the main Weymouth beach promenade. 36 minutes from Durdle Door, 46 minutes from Sherborne Castle.
The breakfast is really good and we left with full tummies ready for an adventure. However you do have to share a table with other guests at breakfast. If that is not your thing, maybe it’s not for you.”

“Staff excellent, room ok , breakfast very nice.
The host, Dean was unhelpful and obstructive when a big carrier bag filled with , crisps, popcorn, biscuits and chocolate was “ mistaken “ for rubbish and removed from our family room without a clear explanation.
A refund of the cost was offered but I said thank you but refused as it was the principle of the matter as we were there for two nights and this was the first day.
If we had checked out and left the premises it would have been obviously...
