Dear Amanda. It’s disappointing that you do not have the conviction to state your name but rather elect to hide behind an “Anonymous” tag. Further; not once during your two-night stay did you raise any concerns directly with us. From the moment you first arrived at Reception to check-in we sensed you were unhappy about something; and this was prior to seeing your room. Your comments about our beds are at odds with other reviews; however, we accept that bed comfort is a subjective opinion. Our private spa pools remain empty for guests to full, use and drain themselves each time they used; thus, guaranteeing fresh clean water even time. They are also vigorously cleaned between each guest stay. The price you paid is not what we advertise. We welcome constructive criticism and suggestions to improve our facilities and service but feel on this occasion we are simply the butt of some other frustration.

Unfortunately due to the heavy rain we experienced during your stay this makes the ants homeless and having to move out of their homes. We cotinually have the building sprayed but mother nature always wins unfortunately. Delighted you loved our accommodation location. Hope to see you again soon safe travels.

Thank you for your review. Two of our eight studio units have access showers for obvious reasons; which is a legal requirement. These showers are also preferred by elderly guests. This is not an improvement issue as you have suggested but a practical and legal requirement for less able-bodied guests. If you had raised your concern upon check-in we would have happily moved you to a room with a shower box. Regards Ross & Megan
