"Talk about nickle and dime as much as possible. The coffee was horrible and NOT free. The coffee they give in room was awful. You can get coffee downstarirs if you wait in line with 20 people and 1 staff making burnt crap coffee. No creamer. Ceilings were leaking above elevator on 2B. our rooms were supposed to be $1300.00 the hotel took 2600 from my husbands account. They said it was just a "hold" but guess what the money was still GONE! The rooms dont have fridge, microwave... what the heck good is a chiller? The staff was very nice , and rooms were clean enough. For the price stay in the city that gives you better coffee and free breakfast."

"Front desk staff were excellent - caring, professional and knowlegeable. An exceptionally kind and helpful young lady named Amaka went out of her way to help me get a document scanned quickly for an unexpected Zoom meeting and truly saved the day for me in a stressful situation."

"The bedroom was not fitted for handicapped especially if you have a wheelchair. The hallway in the 16th floor smelled smoke and carpet was dirty even in the bedroom. The hot water came on after 30 minutes of waiting and the water pressure was so slow. The highlight of our stay was the behavior and attitude of one of the front desk employee. She was very sarcastic, she thinks she can just yell at me. She needs to go back to school and learn, good manners and right conduct. I do not recommend this hotel. This is just a regular hotel nothing fancy. It's just a name you're paying. My husband and I been around staying in a different hotels for 2 months because he goes to DC for his therapy. There's 2 hotel that we don't care and this hotel would be the 3rd one."

"Room needed a deep cleaning! Large build-up of dust/dirt in places the routine/daily house keeping staff does not have time to address due to number of rooms they have to make-up within a very short time period. The ice machine on the 5th floor produced ice maybe every other night. Otherwise, for ice had to go to 3rd floor. Water pressure/temperature/volume in shower is GREAT!!! Bath towels were better than most you would find in other hotels. Of course, very good location. I travel a lot for business & with family.I /we will stay here again & recommend to others."
