"The hotel facilities are good, clean, with ample parking and a good breakfast served in a large dining area. The hotel is conveniently located near Chicago, as long as you avoid rush hour. The room is spacious; however, the sofa bed mattress was quite uncomfortable, and the lobby staff could have been a little friendlier. What I found particularly uncomfortable was the entrance area of the room, which has a glass door or wall. The hallway lights are left on all night, so the light shines directly into the room. It felt almost as if we were sleeping with the lights on."

"Staff was great and room was clean. My biggest complaint is not really the hotels fault but why is the pool open at 5am? There were young men having a party at 5:15am. If youre going to allow pool access that early, soundproof the windows because now everyone facing the pool is being disturbed."
