My wife and I enjoyed the room and facilities; this is truly a lakeside resort that is close to Whistler Creekside, great walking trails, and plenty of restaurants. Highlights: -pet friendly staff and facilities -shuttle to and from Whistler for skiing -pool to sauna to pool rotation"

"The front desk staff were fine. The room was clean but the bed was lumpy. The service at the Cinnabear restaurant was not great but she gave us some compensation for not taking our dinner order correctly. It think the hotel was good overall but I would still rather stay at one of the nicer rooms at the Crystal lodge instead. Did not like that the ski storage locker was in the back of the hotel and only took skis and not boots or poles. The parking spaces in the parking garage are small and limited in number. "
