Very friendly staff, clean room, and very convenient location. Had a great view of the village and mountains in the distance. Kitchen was great for making meals and had all the equipment we needed.

The room was clean, the check-in staff were friendly and efficient! The only minor disappointment was that the hot tub wasn’t available (and my understanding is that it hasn’t been available for some time) while the ad did say it was available and it was one of the reasons why we selected this property over other comparable properties that didn’t offer a pool/hot tub. We still enjoyed the stay and the location was great, thank you.

Location, location, location!

The check-in process was great and well explained. The unit was very good. Ideal location if you do not want to use your car. All access to store, grocery, restaurant and shopping were within easy access. It was a wonderful location.

This property is perfect for staying right in the village in Whistler. You’re close to all restaurant, shops and entertainment. The unit needs work. There are 2 missing smoke detectors, the pantry looks like it had a leak and was fixed but needs to be finished as there were cans of paint and a hole still exposed. The shower drained super slow it seemed to be plugged. And it could have been cleaned better. One of our guests has allergies to cats/dogs and she had a reaction due to hair all over the couch and chairs.

The placement of the A/C unit in the bedroom blocks the blinds, giving no privacy for part of the room. The unit also prevents the window from shutting, which lets a lot of noise into the room from the nearby restaurants and club. Other than the A/C unit placement, the property was very comfortable and functional.

The good and not so good

At check in, reception had an incorrect first name. I had the receipt with my name on it and the email they sent me. They claimed hotels.com gave them the wrong name. Was able to check in. Apartment clean, couch and bed a little hard for my liking. Liked all the conveniences. Blinds didn’t keep much of the light out. Read other reviews and brought ear plugs, as it doesn’t get quiet until midnight. When I opened the door to the stairs, people were sleeping on the floor. Took the other stairs up to the shops.

While the property is clean and spacious, the main selling point for this unit is its location and proximity to all the shops, restaurants and even the skating rink. In terms of customer service from reception staff, don't expect much. They will produce you the card keys to access your unit and provide directions to the parking space, but that's about all they can do for you. You will need to directly contact the property manager with the phone number you're provided for all other inquiries. The only thing that does not go well for this unit is also related to its location. At night - past 10pm, the surrounding restaurants/pubs continue to play loud music, and you can hear people chatter. If that was not the case, this would have been a 5 star for my group.

The only good this about this property is the location, but bring a sleeping mask cause to the light show you get in your bedroom from the light up gazebo in front of the property lights up the primary bedroom all night. However being next to two brew pubs makes it very loud until 5am. Even being on the fourth floor you can hear conversations clearly. The bed are not as advertised on the post. There is no King Bed it is a queen at best very small uncomfortable and very noisey. No hot water for showers or washing your face in the primary bathroom. The pull out mattress was a sight. When we were trying to setup the pullout we could see clomps of hair all over the underside. It was disgusting, there was hair on the pillows, socks from a previous guest and dust on the light fixture above the kitchen table. The A/C in this unit was only for the primary bedroom and the second bedroom had a stand up fan in it. This unit was extremely hot. We felt terrible for our children who were so excited to go on a quick get away and got this. Too top it off no WiFi. If I would have known this I would not have booked this property and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Overall thee suite was very clean, but for somes set of knives were (only a few) just ok. The rest and the dishes as well as the glasses were very clean.

Was absolutely horrible confirmed three times that everything was OK. Then when my staff showed up, everything was not OK they tried to take another deposit from them kept them up for an hour at 2 o’clock in the morning was a horrible, horrible experience. I would never recommend.

The property is good & cleaned. I like how they how dish ware & laundry machine to wash your dirty clothes. What I didn’t like was the underground parking. It terrible. Got lost finding where the gate is and the guest parking is really tight. There is no way I can park beside a big truck & get my car dinked. Parking is very limited & super tight if you have a big vehicle. Parking definitely needs to be improved but at least they offer free EV charging for 5hr Max.
