"We had a really great stay at the Pinnacle. Amazing value. Small kitchen with the basic necessities so we could make our own meals. The marketplace with a grocery store within walking distance for a few groceries we couldn’t transport in our drive up. Hot tub was so welcome after a day on the mountain and the younger members of our group enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. The big tub in the main area was kinda funny but also a hit for the younger members. Didn’t use the jets. We could walk back from the bottom of the Whistler gondola to the Pinnacle as we didn’t mind the 5-10 min walk in our boots. Friendly, helpful staff! Would stay again for sure. "

"The staff is incredible, the location is ideal, the vibe of the place is great for all ages, and the workers go out of their way to make you feel special. If you love dogs, it’s a let friendly place and you will see a ton of them! Ski valet, in building rentals, and location at the base of Blackcomb make this a can’t miss vacation!"

"Room was clean and spacious. There were enough towels and robes for us upon arrival. Suite had a fridge for us to keep food for my toddler, dishes and soap. Charging stations were easy to access. Shower stall grout is due for a deeper clean, otherwise everything was tidy. Staff were friendly when at the desk. Fresh baked cookies available at the lobby with hot coffee/tea. Mountain view was nice as we had some snowy days. The hotel is right next to a nightclub that opens until 2am every night so we heard it. Luckily my toddler was able to sleep but more difficult for me with the constant background noise until 2am. "

"The photos do not reflect the reality of the hotel. Our room was very small, and the in‑room internet did not work at all. The hallways felt extremely low and stuffy, and the hotel entrance looked old and dirty. The entire property clearly needs renovation. The only positive is that it’s within walking distance of the shopping area. Overall, I believe the price is too high for the quality of service provided."

"Location is amazing, it is right across the bus stop and everything else like bars, restaurants, lifts are walking distance. Front desk was very friendly and helpful, check in and check out were seamless. The hotel has space to leave your bags after check out (for an additional cost) which is super convenient if you're planning on catching the bus later. The room was very clean and big, I had a balcony with the view of the village, super cute. I will definitely be returning! "

"Stag was friendly and enjoy the pool and hot tub. Out bath tub might need a good scrub as there was some lines under the soap holder. All else was great. "

"The Hotel is welcoming and friendly with our room being cleaned daily. It is on the south end of the village but we loved it for its quietter surroundings and outdoor pool and hottub. We would stay here again."

"The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled recently. Location is great, front desk staff is great, but the cleaning staff needs to improve a lot !!!"
