“It was a lovely little cottage, had everything we could need. Staff were also very helpful. very comfortable place. We enjoyed our stay very much. However the mattresses were a bit hard but that made little difference. We still slept well 😊 would recommend! ”

“The location of the cottage is excellent, right next to the river Esk and on a very quiet holiday park (in April anyway). There is an amazing viaduct over the river where there is bungy jumping every couple of weeks during the summer and you can walk over it into Whitby which is only 30 mins away on foot. The pool is NOT 24 hrs as advertised and you have to pay. The property can be a bit difficult to find because the name plaque of the plot is covered by an overgrown hydrangea. If you use what 3...

“What a great cottage couldn't have been in a better location, three nice sized bed rooms the kitchen had everything we needed and a lovely living room with a log burner in it.the accommodation was modern well presented and clean to a good standard. When we arrived there was tea coffee milk biscuits and a bottle of wine all in all we had an excellent stay and would recommend it to anyone. Hopefully we will be returning”
