"The room was comfortable enough. Just needed an arm chair so we could all lunge together. Sharp corners on desk and coffee table not great for a toddler. Water pressure in shower amazing."

"The hotel's location is extremely convenient, and the room rate represented good value. However, it is apparent that limited investment has been made in updating and maintaining the rooms. There were several maintenance and amenity issues that impacted the overall experience, including curtains and blinds that were coming away from the windows, the absence of USB charging ports, no milk pods provided in the fridge, and shower temperature controls that were difficult to regulate. There was also visible mould developing on the shower glass, shower door fittings that appeared to be temporarily repaired with a hat elastic, and a bathroom tap that made it challenging to fill a drink bottle. While the property offers a great location and competitive pricing, I believe the guest experience would be significantly enhanced by investing in room upgrades and maintenance. Some modernisation and attention to these details would help bring the accommodation up to contemporary guest expectations."
