“I asked for a recliner for my husband. Well we got one but it was broke. The computer chair was lopsided and it made it very hard for me to work!!!! The indoor pool was ice cold and the hot tub did not work! When I pay for something I expect things to work!”

“I stay at Grouse usually in the fall for hockey. This was my first time staying in May. The largest draw to this hotel is their hot-tub and sauna. It was not advertised until check in that they were doing remodeling on that area so it’s closed until June. The onsite restaurant is a nice benefit to this place however the walls are notoriously thin at this hotel and the air conditioner does not keep the room cool enough as it’s very outdated.
