Everything was good and, most importantly, clean. Bathroom and shower very good. Complimentary chai tea made with milk in the lobby was very good. Only complaint was didn't really like the bed. Too soft and on an oversize steel frame with lateral springs rather than box springs.

Microwave is common at most of the hotels, was missing. Safety shouldn’t be concern as was the reason given. Would be nice to have shuttle services provided either on request or as and when flight arrives.

The room worked very well for us. There was plenty of room for me to use a rollator overnight. Loved the shower! Shampoo, hand soap, etc. in pump bottles. Very convenient location. Great Indian restaurant attached. Only drawback was that the bed was too high. It was difficult to get in and out of.

This looked like one of the nicest places to stay in Whitehorse. The guys at the front desk were very helpful. They both remembered me from a prior visit. One guy was especially helpful when we couldn't get the keurig to work. The restaurant option was nice as we arrived late and much was closed. The beds were comfortable. The room was quiet. The parking lot is dusty, but that is really a part of Whitehorse.

The staff were great. The hotel was adequate , however, the bed in our room was sub-par. It was a foam mattress with a foam topper and very uncomfortable…way too soft.

Clean and good value. The restaurant downstairs was really nice. Check-in time is slightly late but otherwise everyone was friendly and room was clean and fairly comfortable. Bring some earplugs, the road can be loud.

First impressions were not good, small lobby, long delay waiting for the lone clerk to return to the desk after a problem with another guest, (hint: he needs help at busy check-in time) worn and dirty carpet in the hallway, luggage cart nearly unusable because of steps into motel. But our room was very nice, small but adequate, new furniture and remodeled bathroom, window blind that blacked out all light from outside, quiet night, comfortable bed, which all resulted in pleasant sleep, after all the main thing we want from a motel room.
