“Received a messaged that my room was being changed from 2 queen to king and wanted me to confirm or cancel with no fees. This was the day of my travel, after lots of back and forth I ended up with my room so I’m not sure why they made it sound like I didn’t have a 2 queen like I booked. I’m addition, room requests for coffee and towels took hours. I didn’t request a room Clean my entire 5 day stay but just wanted a fresh set of towels once and coffee. They also didn’t have any regular sugar....
