“The Oak Inn at Staplow is a really nice place to stay. Very friendly, Food is lovely, Our room was clean lovely comfy bed. Tea, Coffee and Biscuits. Breakfast you choose what you wanted and it was all cooked fresh for you. Great Place glad we found it.”

“The Alcester Inn was a fantastic place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Food in the restaurant was excellent, with generous portions and quick service, while breakfast offered plenty of choice. Free parking and a convenient location made everything easy. “Most of the beer in the bar was off. We asked for an extra fan for the room, it didn't turn up. My wife is a vegan, we asked for oatmilk in the room. That didn't arrive either. To cap it all when we left we were told that we had to pay an extra £55.00 as the price we were quoted was less than what it should have been. Won't be stopping here again.”

“We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.”

“The room was a little dated and there was a lot of dust, the bathroom was tired and the sealing around the taps was black there was no cold water it was nearly as warm as the hot tap so not very nice for brushing your teeth”

“All of the above I was particularly impressed that when I asked about getting a taxi to a concert about 6 miles away that the staff gave me the number for a shuttle bus that would pick us up from the pub and take us to the concert and bring us back again so that was a huge surprise and a really big help”
