Highly recommend 4 bankrupted luxurious travelers
A bellboy broke the handle of our luggage while checking at 02:30am(Nice start, aye?). We were so mad but didn’t show our anger, but a receptionist said ‘Oh it could be broken before~ or you might break the carrier~(seriously?), so we will contact you tomorrow to deal with this problem’. Couldn’t believe this is a 5 star hotel, when especially your wife also works in the hotel field. Eventually nobody gave a shit until tomorrow afternoon. So we talked about this to a manager called Mark. He said he will ‘INVESTIGATE’ about this and took out our carrier, however we didn’t hear sincere apology nor any result of INVESTIGATION, but our barely repaired carrier in our room. Plus, when we dragged our tired body to our room. Sleepers seemed used ones and bed/pillow sheets weren’t properly cleaned, so we just took photos of them but didn’t make any additional complaints. But just attached these photos for potential customers so evaluate them by yourself please. Plus, one day when my wife tried to grab a dish in the dining place for breakfast, she touched a squeezed salmon piece which attached under the bottom side of a dish. Splendid. Also, we already experienced awful room condition right after check-in, so one day, I left a tip for the cleaning person to clean our room nicely. As a result he/she really cleaned it nicely so even took all the towels away so we even couldn’t take a shower. Until now have been traveled 45 countries, but never felt like this insulted

좋습니다.
주변에 아무것도 없긴 하지만 (입구 바로 길건너편에 맛있는 로컬 식당이 있음) 여유롭게 즐기고 휴양하기 딱 좋아요 시설도 마음에 들고 편안합니다. 호텔 서비스가 좋아서 근처 시내에 다녀오는 것도 괜찮을 것 같아요 조식부페도 괜찮은데 호텔 내 식당은 약간 가격대비 맛이 아쉬워요

푸켓에 갈때마다 오는 리조트 조용하고 한산하고 수영장 이쁘고 바다도 아름다운 (단 낮에는 물이빠져요) 조식도 훌륭하고 아주 좋아요^^ 차가 없으면 불편할수는 있습니다

청결 상태가 완벽하진 않았다. 먹다 버린 음료수 캔이 남아있었다. 이어 개인 풀장으로 이어지는 테라스가 지붕이 없어 비를 맞는다. 따라서 테라스에 있는 소파는 사용할 수 없다. 또한 풀장의 물을 주기적으로 갈아주지 않아 깨끗하진 않았다. 특히 방이 너무 커 욕실안에서 보안에 대한 걱정이 있었다. 이밖에도 물이 뜨겁지 않았으며 정전이 날 때도 있었다.

가족여행으로 한적한 여행을 원하시는 분들께 추천해 드리고 싶어요. 주위에 아무것도 없다고 생각하시면 되고, 리조트는 깨끗하고 좋아요. 좀 아쉬움이 있다면 수영장 물이 아주 깨끗하지는 않았어요. 수영장 앞에 갯벌이 펼쳐지는데 썰물때는 작은 게를 잡을 수 있어요. 꼭 집게를 준비해 가세요. 아이들과 게를 잡으며 놀수 있는 색다른 경험을 할 수 있어요. 좀 멀리 가시면 주먹 반 만한 게도 잡을 수 있어요.

휴식을 위해서는 최고!
조용하고 완전 좋았습니다. 룸도 업그레이드 받았고, 정말 사람이 많은 시즌에도 불구하고 너무 편안했어요. 비치에 의자도 많았고, 수영장도 넉넉했고. 하지만 판와비치가 뻘이다보니.. 그게 조금 아쉽습니다. 택시가격은 900바트(공항기준)이 나왔고, 푸켓타운에는 400바트가 나왔습니다. 다시 오고싶은 리조트입니다. 아니요, 다시 올것입니다. 너무 좋아요! 적극 추천드려요! 분위기 시설 어느것 하나 빠지는게 없습니다. 또한 호텔 바로앞이 식당가가 2개정도 있어서 간단하게 음식을 먹기에도 편안합니다.

In terms of calmness and hassle this is a chill place away from the hustle and bustle. Use the app bolt as taxi, and getting to Patong or the old centre is cheap and affordable.

The beach was a mud flat at low tide otherwise the place was great the staff was great and they were very friendly and helpful to us we were thinking ther was more city near by so we were not able to walk to it

Pros: the resort is very nice, entrance and lobby are beautiful, the main is pool large, the view of the bay is spectacular. Staff are courteous and most can speak a bit of English. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and is geared to both Asian and Western palates. Cons: dining choices are very limited, only one restaurant is open right now for breakfast/lunch/dinner and not much else within walking distance from resort. You will need to get a taxi, grab, bolt to get anywhere on the island. Resort is going through a “soft reopening” stage and most bars and other venues are closed. The second pool is also closed. No entrainment staff for any daily or nightly activities or shows. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean. Overall price versus quality is ok and I would stay there again if I wanted something private and quiet.

The room had a funky smell when we arrived but the cleaner the next day left the air conditioner on all daywhile we were out, and the room smelled much better. The bathroom was dated, needed sink and shower upgrade. The shower stall was always flooded after a shower. Bed was kibg and very comfortable. The breakfast was Excellent! with many varieties of food, and cuppacinos! You had to taxi to town, to far to walk, which i think was only the downside for us. And the beach was muddy , you can't swim there

Isolated relaxed with limited & pricy food options
Most of the staff were super nice and helpful. Never any troubles. Breakfast table was great. Rooms very big and clean, even though they might not be up to the same 5 star class as in Europe or America, it was acceptable for the price. The worst case was that we "were sold" on the fact that the hotel was advertised to offer 2 restaurant options, because of the fact that there's only one mediocre restaurant close (Sam's) we thought it was important. The restaurants are essentially the same kitchen with the same menu... False advertisement. In addition to that, restaurant menu is super expensive and not really up to par in quality compared to the local high rated restaurants that are 30-50% of the price. For example we paid 5 dollars for a glass of concentrated apple juice at the bar! Cocktails were good though! We brought a 15 months old and a 4 year old. They had a blast, enjoying the kids playroom each day, eating of the kids menu, and swimming in the main pool. The kids pool was far from the bar and facilities, and didn't have any benches close to the pool so we ended up spending all days by the main pool. All in all, a fine experience, bit bummed out by the location needing a taxi to get everywhere, specially when you have young kids and you want to use the stroller for them to sleep in. And the price of the restaurant, and lack of variety was a killer. It's still a very safe place to stay with kids, if you are looking to relax in the same location for a while.

We had a great time staying here for 9 nights in January. Room is super spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast is pretty good and have everything for all fuzzy eaters. Two big pools is great for kids and grownups alike. Location is the best of all with wide view of Adaman sea and facing sunrise. I would very much recommend if you like nice and quiet family friendly location in Phuket.

For me, this hotel was a major disappointment for the following reasons: 1) Advertised as a 5-star hotel in various booking platforms, but unfortunately, it does not meet 5-star standards. 2) The overall level of service is very low. The staff is friendly but highly unprofessional. The reception is mostly staffed by very young girls who likely lack experience working in a reputable hotel. 3) The entire interior design and technology of the hotel are very old and do not function properly. The furniture in the room is worn out and dirty. 4) There are no mattress covers in the hotel to make the bed softer and more comfortable. 5) I stayed in a duplex suite (with pool access). In this room, the curtains can be moved by a button, but unfortunately, it did not work. To use the curtains, they had to be disconnected from the motor. 6) For the first three days, there was no internet in my room. I reported it immediately, but unfortunately, it could not be fixed in the first two days. Every day, some men came to deal with the issue, and on the third day, they managed to get the wifi network working. The internet connection throughout the hotel is very poor, highly unstable, and has low speed (up to 9 Mbps). 7) The bathroom drainage primarily emitted a very bad odor at night. 8) The pool water in rooms with pool access was slightly dirty. Chlorine was manually thrown into the pool in the evening – it does not leave a reliable impression. 9) Service in the restaurant during breakfast wa

If you require Wi-Fi, I strongly advise against choosing this location. The internet connection here is by far the worst we have ever experienced, surpassing any other place we have visited worldwide. Despite its relatively high cost, this hotel disappointingly lacks a basic understanding of running a business. Additionally, the dining options are severely limited, and the local taxi services are both exorbitantly priced and monopolistic. It would be wise to select accommodations closer to the main activities where you can easily hail a taxi, as alternative transportation options like Uber are unavailable in this area. Furthermore, if you have hopes of enjoying a picturesque beach, I regret to inform you that this particular beach falls short of expectations. The sand is muddy and the fluctuating tides render it virtually unusable.

If you would like to stay at a hotel to relax for a few days, this hotel will be a good choice. The private beach and pools are excellent and very quiet. You can sit or rest there to enjoy the sunshine, listening to birds singing in the daytime. In the evening you can stay on the balcony to watch the stars and listen to the ocean sea waves. However, if you plan to go out for dining or shopping every day, you may prefer to stay in the Patong area because there is only a convenience store, a restaurant, and a place for massage near the hotel. It will cost you quite a lot for transportation if you plan to visit different places every day.

Check-in was horrid
Check-in process was rather frustrating. I was asked to look at the room as they upgraded my room to King (when I specifically asked for 2 beds). Original room was so small, far and isolated, I took the King bed. Agent, left me standing in the middle of a check-in to talk to 2 other ppl waiting while 3 other agents didn’t take any of the guest and just stood there on their phone in front of their monitors/check-in counter. I was at the check-in desk for seems like over half hour waiting to finish check-in. Also, no matter if you two or more ppl staying, you only get 1-key card. Super frustrating experience at check-in. Everything else was great.

beautiful getaway...
Secluded, away from the rif-raff of the touristy areas, a quaint high-end hotel. The hotel has probably seen it's best days, but still carries the remnants of that aristocratic hygiene, the beauty, personal service, open and unused spaces... not built with $/sq-ft in mind.. Wife and I (in our late 40s) were looking for a get-away from the silicon-valley rat race, to-- not work, not care for vacation activities, ... just be in serene surroundings, eat local food, do long walks and hikes, listen to music with a glass of wine in our ocean-front balcony... Good: nice room, comfy bed, big space, nice little couch, great pool. Dinner was lovely and not over expensive. Great to be in an area of Phuket that was quiet. Friendly attentive staff. Area: had to walk quite far for an atm. They should have one in the lobby. The spa and restaurant across the street are very nice. The ladies have a great massage that wasn't too expensive and I had dinner and takeout at Sam's 3 times. Delicious. 7-11 handy. The woman outside to the right did all my laundry for 80 Baht a kg and it was folded and nice and clean. Not so good: I think the resort is still trying to recover from the pandemic. One restaurant open and one pool. I couldn't even see a pool number two. My bath tub taps weren't working and when my room got humid there were handprints and other stuff all over the outside glass. Someone came and cleaned it all promptly. Crowne plaza should definitely be using glass water bottles in the room like the other hotels in Phuket and no need for the little shampoo etc bottles now, it should all be in refill shower bottles. Overall a lovely stay and I would recommend if you'd like to be in a quiet area of Phuket.
