Hotel is closed to road so that buzzing vehicles noise comes into window over night make me hard to sleep. Electric hot pot is served with stain inside so there's no way to make tea in the room.”

“Unfortunately the hotel had some problems in the kitchen which impacted very badly on the menu for dinner, the breakfast, service (so slow) and noise. It would have been better to fix the problems before reopening or to have had the courtesy to let us know in advance what the situation was. I would have stayed somewhere else. “We were extremely disappointed having paid $600 for a 2 night stay in what was described as a superior sea view room. There was nothing superior about the room, the decor was tired, holes had been filled in the wall and had not been sanded and repainted. The wind whistled through the window. The water was not replenished on the 2nd day. Some of the staff were disinterested. The lift only services part of the hotel so you may have to carry luggage a few flights of stairs.
