“Hotel and staff were great , food at breakfast and dinner were great , good size portions, although we were charged different prices from what was on the dinner menus , only downside was the reception was at the bar , I think it should be separate , if the bar is busy ( which it was ) as we arrived early Saturday evening you need to wait , but overall everything was great”

“My family and I travel very often, all over USA, all over South America and a couple times to Europe in the recent years. we have NEVER written a review but for this place I must.
These are hard working people that treat the staff like family members, the love and humbleness is felt throughout the establishment. Suzie and Tony would go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay, Tammy and Maria were adorable, super nice, super helpful, special shoutout to Colin too (night porter) he is...

“They were very accommodating with our arrival time and the location is perfect! Rooms were spotless and the bed and pillows were really comfy. Staff all very kind
Had some issues with the TV - We didn't raise this at the time but I know they would have looked into it if we did!
Parking as listed is £10 a day and I'd say that's very good. The parking is located by the side of the hotel around the park - Which is alot nicer than other hotels which are right in front or on the road! So was glad to...
