“The space was great, in a brilliant location. The check in receptionist was so friendly and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars if the shower head was not broken, but we did manage to shower with difficulty. We reported it when checking out but felt we should have received some form of compensation. We understand these things happen so don't be put off, highly recommended!”

“Excellent value for money. Communication and access was easy - remember to message for code to lockbox. Parking was great with loads of secure space out the back. This place has been recently done up with a nice finish. Everything was really clean including bathroom, bed and kitchenette (except the grey thing on top of the bed had some stains). For the reception you want to navigate to the South entrance on Landcroft Lane and then take the first left. “Very nice, ample and light room with a double bed, a proper desk, kitchenette and table. Much nicer and spacious than a hotel room. Bed was not the most comfortable but ok for a couple of nights. 10 minutes walking away from Rugby's pedestrian area. Can be a bit noisy from the road, but not worse than other hotels I've stayed in Rugby. Only issue was that email with access instructions went to Spam as it didn't come from hotels.com, but once I called I got the access codes in a couple of...

“Nice room, with excellent bathroom. The outside needs tidying up and some painting, so we were initially concerned when we arrived, but the rooms were fine. Nice quiet location too. The cafe is shut due to staff illness, looks like has been for a while but the Two Flags cafe a mile down the road is excellent for all day breakfasts, especially if you like motorbikes.”
