"We had a great night here! Perfect place to crash for the night before heading to the Gorge for some music. The staff were all very kind and timely when we had requests. The beds were soft, but comfier than we expected. It's nothing fancy, but it's clean and fit our needs exactly. We'll definitely be back again!"
"room was clean but we stayed on the first floor and you can hear everybody that is talking outside. AC in the room very loud. weird sounds at night above us. not a bad hotel but definitely not worth the price."
"The staff was amazing! They hooked me up with the best taxi driver to have for a concert at the gorge. Rufus Du Sol!! If it was not for this front desk, I don’t know if I would have been able to attend! Thanks front desk!!!"
"The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the main guy that works at the front desk.
Overall, it was fine. It could use some renovations, such as the shower heads being very wonky. The pillows were very weird and small, but we had brought our own so it worked out.
Room was definitely not super quiet. We could hear people turning the water on and off and flushing, and even people just having regular conversations. The AC was also quite noisy, so we couldn't leave it on.
Honestly, for one night and the price, it was fine. The room was clean and everything worked. But dont expect luxury for sure."
"This Best Western is terribly run down. The rooms are disgusting with old dirty carpet, very uncomfortable old soft beds and dirty bathrooms. I spent almost $250 per night and it was run down, filthy and with a breakfast consisting of toast, waffles, cereal and hard biscuits with gravy. It was a complete carb filled breakfast with NO protein like eggs or sausage. This was the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at!!!"
"Friendly staff. Gave 4-stats because the train ran in front of our room all night.
Ask for the backside of the hotel to avoid this.
At $400 night, a makeup mirror would be nice!
Only gives 2 servings of coffee for two nights for two people, decaf does not count.
All the Lobby garbage was overflowing with garbage.
Nice gym :-D
Sadly, I would not stay here again."
