"It is in a nice location and the rooms are very clean with nice wooden furniture. The rooms are very dark and get no direct sunlight on them and lighting is not too great. Think they need to use lighter bulbs . The internet was really poor for the duration of my stay. The mini kitchen was nice and handy"

Als ich dort ankam, wurde mir ein Zimmer zugeteilt, welches nicht meiner Buchung entsprach. Darauf angesprochen, wollte man mir weis machen, dass ich überhaupt nicht das Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht hätte, auf Grund des "geringen" gezahlten Preises.
Im Detail war alles so furchtbar, so dass ich dort nicht eine Nacht geblieben bin.

"Ein feines Plätzchen am Wildpark ganz nah zum Westerwaldsteig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten eher weiter weg, wenn man kein Auto hat. Problemlose Schlüsselhinterlegung. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. "The apartment itself was great, well-designed, well-equipped, and very clean. Everything else was a nightmare. Online check-in didn't work. When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. During my stay, there was deafening construction noise at all hours...
