"While the gals were very nice, the property was not up to par. I first squashed a large ‘brown bug’ while checking in. The paint was peeling on the elevator doors. A nearby room loomed as if the police had to bust out the handle to get in! My room did not have a coffee pot, though had coffee cups. A large red stain on the carpet, the T. Did not work - was told Spectrum issues, though the one worked in lobby. The cover to the shower fan had been ‘puttied’, did not stick & fell on the floor by the commode. I was constantly told “we are renovating “, but no workers were seen nor heard anywhere. I had reserved 4 nights, but checked out after the first. They were kind enough - after some ‘discussion’ to only charge me for the 1 night. My credits are still pending; hoping no issues there . 👎"
