"Very quiet and staff is great giving a first floor"

"Staff and parking were excellent! Room was very dirty. Smells and dust unbearable. 10 minutes into the room, I had an asthma attack from the dust. Further inspection revealed layers of dust on bed frame, behind television, behind desk and under chair. My Saturday was spent on a nebulizer. What a waste of a trip! This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel, NEVER AGAIN! "

"Nice breakfast available. Our room was in a darker area of the complex and it was close to the highway so a little louder than we might have liked. Room was pretty fresh and seemed newer. We could have used an extra bar of soap for the bathroom; one for the sink and one for the shower. Only shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower."

"Just what I was looking for, a moderately priced room only three miles from the Groton Hill Music Center. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was a microwave and mini-fridge. After checking out and driving over 100 miles, I discovered that I had left an expensive item behind. Called and spoke to the owners. They said 'not to worry' we will mail out the item and you should receive it in several days. Thanks for going above and beyond."
