Hotel staff was kind and friendly and eager to help. My original room, the lock didn't work, but did get another room and staff made it right (it happens, things break on occasion). I come here often and the front desk staff is always polite and helpful. Location is great . Close to everything you would need. Rooms are clean I enjoy my stays here.
