"The location of the property is excellent as it is right in the heart of Punda. The property has recently been refurbished and is a nice space, size and clean. The bathroom is excellent. There are a few things that could have improved my stay. There is no lighting in the stairwell to the door and is difficult to see. "PM78 is in a great location for easy access to restaurants, shopping, exploring and museums. We felt completely safe walking the neighborhood after dark and the building itself had good security features. There are 5 or 6 apartments so do take note that the pool is private for the main floor apartment only. Be mindful when booking. We had a beautiful Ocean View Suite with a huge terrace. "Had trouble reaching them because they wouldn’t answer, not even the emergency number. The AC wasn’t working so they let us stay in another apartment but we had to move from, so in total we moved 3x. plus one of the apartments didn’t have an elevator so we had to carry our stuff up. "

"I have sent these messages including pictures as proof: You definitely need to improve the cleaning of the apartment including the bed sheets. The rooms like it has not been cleaned in years! (Pictures to proof available). I am leaving tomorrow morning already but I felt really sick in the appartment couldn't stay in it so I started looking for what cause it.And I saw the mess under the bed (pictures to proof it!). "Exceptional Stay: Prime Location and Stellar Service I had a truly great stay at this hotel, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. The two major selling points for this property are its prime location and the exceptional service. The hotel’s location is outstanding. The convenience to get to eating, dining, and all the other places of interest around the city is unparalleled—everything you could want to see or do is within easy walking distance. This saved so much time and made exploring the city incredibly easy. Beyond the perfect location, the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, helpful, and highly accommodating throughout my entire trip. They genuinely went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. I must give special thanks to a few individuals who truly made a difference: Shediah, Shelsie, Mickiesha, and Nissandro. "My wife and I were exploring areas less traveled and came across curaçao and Expedia listed the Art hotel at a good price with excellent looking photos. I was skeptical on the property at first but once we arrived it was better than the photos, we indulged for a week and really fell in love with the property. The fine dining experience at lemon tree and the service at lemon beach were top notch. Do yourself a favor book this location, relax and enjoy a parchita yu cocktail. "

"It's located in a very convenient location close to Punda and Otrabanda. Workers are friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Hotel is quiet and peaceful. Whether you are here for work or fun, it's provides the environment you require. It has 2 pools, wherein 1 pool area has a bar and restaurant with choices of bar, table or poolside seating. Also bare in mind the hotel has 2 sections. One newly built with modern amenities and the other is a renovated historical building (a former packaging factory). Highly recommend. So choose which side suits you best"
