"Super friendly staff and very clean. That said, the walls were paper thin and I could hear people walking around in the rooms adjacent to me as clearly as if it were my own room. The plumbing also made some weird groaning sounds."

"Sat in the lobby for 30 minutes with no one around to check us in, asked one person we saw he said I don’t know I work in the kitchen and she does this all the time! When she came back said she was delivering towels, never mentioned there was breakfast in the morning until 8 am. In the morning before checking out went to front desk the employee was on a personal call wouldn’t acknowledge I had a question. Go to get breakfast after we looked it up online and it ended at 8am (it was 8:10) Hotel was fine, staff can do better. Customer service training may help. "

"The tiny home we stayed in was so cute! The beds were comfortable. The bathroom, the sheets, and the floors were clean. The place was spotless! We enjoyed a full size fridge. The cupboards were well stocked with dishes and utensils. We were very comfortable there. The staff member we spoke with was so gracious and accommodating. He made sure we were well taken care of. Check in was easy! We were not far from the Grand Canyon visitors center. I would definitely recommend Tiny Homes! "
