“The pictures do not match what I had arrived to. The staff were very disinterested and seem bothered by our presence. There were a few nice and pleasant staff members but very few and far between. The gym was grossly inadequate. The rooms were periously small and very little storage space or capacity. The all inclusive experience was "really" what I had imagined or previously experience. You needed reservations and many times the reservations were full and so that meant you had to wait or dine...

“Superbe vue sur English Harbour! À proximité de plusieurs activités à faire, près des restaurants à pied 5-10 minutes de marche et de Nelson Dockyard. Plage Pigeon Point à 20 minutes de marche. Le propriétaire et le personnel sont attentionnés et le déjeuner est très bien. Taxi disponible sur les lieux avec Edgard. La piscine est bien toutefois, il n’y a aucun parasol. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et le petit cottage était parfait pour nous.”

“Cottage was clean, A.C worked great. Kitchen and bathroom was clean just had an ant problem. I traveled alone, the unit was very spacious. The pool was decent. Able to walk to the beach just be mindful coming back is uphill. Not many choices of restaurants but they will call a taxi for you. Staff was super friendly, willing to help with and definitely made me feel comfortable and safe. I would stay here again”

“Staff very welcoming especially Melissa at reception and the security/Porter staff. Ocean view room was clean, lovely view. Dinner and breakfast was quite tasty. Unfortunately, experience was hampered by the large number of cats that literally took over the dining area! It made for quite an uncomfortable experience and for someone who is allergic to cats - it was not a pleasant experience. There was a closet with a safe and hangars. There was a separate closet that had an ironing board with an iron. There was a microwave, fridge, toaster oven and electric hot plate. There waa also a kettle and coffee maker. The bathroom had 2 in one shampoo and conditioner and soap. You got beach towels but had to give either...
