“Had an issue with my Air condition on the second day and they allowed me to change my room”

“Ocean Point Very pleasant staff. Everyone was very nice. 1-water was way too hot in our room. To wash my hair I had to use the lobby shower. After a day in the sun, showering in the room was just painful. 2-no iron in-room. You must go to iron room (sweat box) or request ironing service the day before. 3-food is very limited. I tried ordering eggs with my Caribbean breakfast option and was told it was just “not something they can do”. 1 egg!!! 4-while the site indicates : no elevator...

Nice small swimming pool .Small shop which sells a few but not all products for self catering. .20 minute drive from airport. 10 minute drive from St.Johns. Supermarket 5 minutes drive. Hope to return”
