“The staff was extremely helpful and informative from the moment we arrived. I was a little underwhelmed with the rooms we had. They were on the smaller side and very outdated. The bathroom showers were tiny and did not look clean. There also wasn’t hot water in our shower. The power also went out almost every day and sometimes lasted hours, which meant no AC, no lights, no way to charge our electronics.
