“location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. A short walk (500 yards) up a steep hill from the main strip in English Harbour provides amazing views of Nelson’s dockyard near enough to walk to all the restaurants and far enough away from the noise of the nightclubs so the only sound at night are the tree frogs chirping. Annie and Roger are super friendly, helpful and welcoming. 10/10 for staff. “The flat itself was quite decent but the owner of the property was very not responsive. She gave us a wrong lockbox code to access the flat, we tried to call her quite a few times with no luck. We eventually found out one of the window was not completely shut so we managed to "break into" the property. The bathroom wasn't clean to normal standards and the shower did not have hot water on the first day so we had to waste good few hours in the morning to sort everything out ”
