“Clean Room, they do not remove the sargassum from the beach properly. Run out of mint on the bars early, so no Mojitos at night. You can not use the sailboat by yourself, you ave to have a staff member with you and give him a tip.”

“We had a great time at Hawksbill. The food was excellent, the Tamarind buffet changed nightly for dinner which was very enjoyable. Seagrapes has great food but they do have additional charges if you want a steak or Lobster (and its quite pricey). Our only disappointment was that our Beachfront bungalow was on the beach where you couldn't really swim because it was very rocky and hard to get in & out. We had to walk to the other side to swim in the ocean or the pool. The staff were very friendly...

“Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Our room was lovely and having your own plunge pool was an amazing experience and great to cool off after a hot day. Very tranquil and beautiful. Only complaint was the food was just ok. The bbq night was really delicious. Felt we overpaid for the floating tapas to our room as well. Was very disappointed in that. Our server Maxine was awesome and went over an above.”

“My husband and I went to Pineapple Beach Club for our Honeymoon. We had a great time. It wasn't season yet so it was like we had the whole resort to ourselves. No lines, or waiting for a drink, or finding a chair. The food was great! We loved the pizzas at the snack bar and the cute little coffee Cafe! Our room was right near the water, we could see the sunrise in the morning! We loved our stay and enjoyed ourselves very much!”

“The property seems dated but its well maintained. The staff is AMAZING. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL. There is a good variety of food....you won't go hungry no matter what time it is. It's a very large property but there's cart transportation thats always available. What can be improved? (1) There is no ATM on the property, we had to venture out to find one....scary (2) its an all-inclusive resort but you have to pay to have your in-room fridge stocked...why? (3) booking our scuba dive was...

“VERY CLEAN! No elevators, but they have staff to take your luggage up to your room. The rum punch at the front desk was amazing. Overall, really nice stay. Would highly recommend.”

“The location right in front of the beach was great”

“Me and my wife went for her birthday they set up something for her birthday was beautiful. I appreciate everything. The staff did. They treat us like Kings and Queens and I will be back thank y’all for everything.”

“The location is stellar for the views and the beach, even commuters to the airport. The property is having major construction done and is obviously not ideal. Otherwise it is very quaint and suffice for a short stay.”
