"This property is rated 9.0 wonderful. I would not give it that rating, too high for what it is. Pros: location right on main Street close to all the action, clean rooms, friendly staff, good Wi-Fi, nice pool area, adequate breakfast Cons: very old property, uncomfortable bed (this is subjective), strange mix of nice cars along side people smoking and cursing in the outside areas"

"Hello travelers, the blue skies resort is perfect for a weekend getaway. The RV was spacious and very comfortable. Do be mindful, though that you have to use the showers and bathroom in a separate facility which are very spacious and well maintained. I would highly recommend this resort if you were staying close to Fredericksburg."

"10/10 — A wonderful, quiet, and affordable stay I absolutely loved my stay at Peach Tree Inn & Suites. I was looking for a clean, quiet, affordable place for one night, and it exceeded my expectations. My spacious room had a comfortable king bed, sofa, dining table, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and everything I needed. The remodeled bathroom looked brand new, and everything was spotless. I especially appreciated the natural light, wood floors, thoughtful amenities, and even two wine glasses! The property has a charming, homey layout with outdoor seating. My room had its own covered carport, which was wonderful when I arrived in the rain. Check-in was easy, I felt safe, and the room was exceptionally quiet. This morning, I sat outside with my coffee, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like a little home away from home. Breakfast is modest, but I was pleasantly surprised by the organic coffee options, organic peanut butter, and pure stevia and monk fruit sweeteners. Those thoughtful touches stood out to me. "Check-in was easy, the was clean and fresh and the hotel was close to town. The only downside side was was breakfast was to end at 0930 and we go there at 0830 and all the food trays were empty. The waffle mix was empty, so we settled for an English mufffin for 30 minutes until they brought out eight sausage patties, a small bowl of Hashbrowns, and a small bowl of eggs. Don't get me wrong, everything thing else was fantastic and I would go back again."
