An excellent place to stay just a walk away from Main Street. The staff the room cleanliness everything was just great. The weather was great however, if it was extremely hot, probably would’ve had an issue for the AC at the rooms could not be turned down below 70.

Quiet, quaint, & very clean. For those who don't need all the "frills" of a fancy hotel, this is your place! The staff is very friendly, the rooms (linens, bathroom, shower) were extremely clean, & the outdoor area was relaxing, quiet, & welcoming. Nice, fresh options for breakfast and within easy walking distance to the famous Fredericksburg downtown. Safe area with no worries about walking after dark. I will be back!

Incredible value for Fredericksburg. The king bed room was huge and very clean. Single level, so no noise above you and parking right next to the door. Best night's sleep on a 3 week road trip. Super quiet at night. Friendliest staff imaginable. Within walking distance to great food and drink options. Would absolutely stay here again.
