The amenities were great. The staff by far is what stands out here. You are greeted immediately with a kind smile, check in is easy, the staff at the restaurants are very attentive with great hospitality. Food was also very good. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Whole family had an amazing time!

The condo we stayed in was very nice. Very clean, well decorated & comfortable. Pretty view of the lake as well. Close walking to the activities we did. Would stay here again.

What a wonderful resort. We stayed in the palm villas and these were even nicer than the pictures made out. The staff were super friendly. Only slight downside is that a fair amount was closed as we were there just before high season. We knew about it before and still booked but something to bear in mind.
