"This was a very nice hotel located in a convenient and easy to find area of Lancaster. Check in went smoothly, parking was easy, staff were very friendly, and the hotel was really unique. I would definitely stay here again. My only comments, I wish the dining area would have been open beyond 9:00 PM however it was a week day (understandable). The floors did squeak in our room and you can certainly hear anyone walking around in the room above you. It may not be like this in all rooms however this was the case during our stay. Again, not a significant issue but something to mention. Rooms were nice and had a bit of character; the historical aspect was also enjoyed."

"Check in was quick and easy. I like the new feature of checking in online before arrival, made it much easier once I arrived. While the room and property were generally clean, it is time to replace/repair some items. Bathroom door was splintered at the base, holes in walls, etc."
