The toilet leaked on the bathroom floor. There was black mold in the window well. There were weeds growing around the grounds and the grass wasn't cut. It looked like an abandoned d=Days Inn, but it wasn't

Even though I requested a non smoking room, we were given a smoking room and were told we were given that room because pet friendly rooms were the smoking rooms. Really???? We had no smoke detector. You could see where it was on the wall. The heater/ac unit was unplugged and not functioning when we arrived. Traveling with a dog, especially a large one in very tough and I would gladly pay more for a nicer room if one could be found.

The area was good but that was about it. The staff was very rude and argumentative, we even had to call corporate at one point. The bathroom smelled very strong of mold, the hallway smelled of urine, the key cards stopped working eleven seperate times that we had to go to the front desks, and there were many other issues. They refreshed to give us enough towels for the amount of people in our room and wouldn’t allow us to have towels till after 5pm either.

Employees are extremely rude and disrespectful, upon walking in at night the lobby smells like weed from the employees. Place is VERY dirt, saw at least two roaches in my room and was grossed out. Will never be back. I for end the front desk that I was sick and would like housekeeping to skip the room if I am in it, was told this was fine until another man from the front desk came and told me it was mandatory in an extremely rude way. Then housekeeping was also very rude to me.

Great quick stay!
Excellent quick stop for when you are driving through. I was very impressed with how clean the room was for the cost! I would definitely stay here again, and management went above and beyond for us to ship something we forgot!

Room was decent but once we settled down we saw roaches went to the restroom there was a bed bug in the toilet paper there was bugs in one of the beds my cousin got bit several times. Just nasty how can they not make sure the beds are deep cleaned!

To start off I was called while traveling to the hotel that day that there is a problem with my King bed booking due to maintenance problems and would I accept a queen instead. I felt I had no other choice so I accepted. Check in was smooth and nothing said about the changes. I booked a non-smoking room which the sign said on the door. When I entered I could smell smoke immediately. I looked around and noticed there was only (1) bath towel and no soap. I went back to the service desk and asked for another towel and soap, they gave me the towel and some soap and said that housekeeping probably just forgot. I don't think the room was totally cleaned-I found cigarette ashes on the bathroom floor. The sink was broken, it didn't even have a drain stopper that worked. Make sure you bring a clock and a phone since there are none in the room. Basically you get a bed, TV, and lights (bare minimum). Didn't even have a closet to hang anything. Very outdated and really needs a good painting. I told the front desk about the smoke smell and I was told it was probably coming in from the vents. We won't be coming back anytime soon.

Overall, it was fine. Cheap rate. The hallway is messy/doing renovations but not kept up. Room had a funny smell. Most likely paint. Seemed clean. Bathroom was decent. Not the best budget hotel but stay-able.

Evening desk help was rude when we simply asked for two washcloths without dark stains. It was as if our request was inappropriate.

Even though the stay was paid for in advance, we were asked for a $20 cash or card deposit for incidentals. What incidentals? Refundable. Thank goodness. Room was clean, beds were comfy, sink was broken but otherwise ok. Sketchy people in the parking lot. Denny’s and Dunkin right next door.

There were cockroaches all over the room. They were crawling on the walls. It was the most disgusting place I have ever been. We walked in our room and immediately left. We now have to fight to get our money back because we didn’t take a picture of the cockroach infestation!
