“Had to wait for someone to come to the desk and then she forgot to give us a key. I am allergic to feathers and she brought ida new comforter and pillow but it was actually a dirty matresss cover. Was so gross. We just slept under the duvet cover. Hair in the shower. Not impressed at all. ”

I kinda felt they didn't make an effort asking a colleague or finding out to andwer my questions instead of just saying "I don't know" Got my simple request wrong 3 times which was a shame.
