Convenient location for an overnight stop between Northern England and Southampton Cruise Terminal. Easy access, clean and comfortable. Yes the property is dated and shows signs of wear but would use it again.

Great for a break in the journey

Booked to break up a road trip to the West Country. Was very pleased about the free parking and that our room had a double bed, sofa bed and pull out bed underneath sleeping 4 comfortably. Exactly what was needed at a very good price.

Good value for the price we paid. Furniture is outdated and some visible stains on furniture, however room was clean and we had all the basics we needed, including clean towels and sheets. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would be nice if they could offer breakfast, but convenient Costa across the road.
