Room was clean and comfortable. A bit of noise as we had an adjoining room but it did not disturb our nights sleep. Breakfast was good quality. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Easy check in good location for short walk to centreof Winchester, good size room. Bed was comfortable, the pillows though really not a good quality, pretty flat and we both slept poorly as a result. Room was kind of noisy, upstairs were heavy footed and we heard every step, haha. Staff that we interacted with were very nice. Struggled to get through to room service for a hour, however they did provide a hearty caesar salad within 30mins of taking the order. All in all, not great, but not bad either.

Hotel clean and bright, staff attentive and good at their job. Spa facilities perfect for the hotel, clean and fresh. Massage the best I've had in the UK. Well done. Bar and restaurant nice and relaxed. Food extremely good especially for the price point

All the staff we interacted with friendly and helpful. The spa was clean with good facilities, a good range of treatments with excellent therapists. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection to cater for all tastes.

spa was lovely very clean and modern. bed was very comfortable only issue was that sheets weren’t fitted so often exposed mattress and duvet underneath which was annoying to have to keep sorting out. breakfast was lovely lots of choice and good value for money (£12 each per morning)
