Sofitel London Heathrow
Staff were friendly and helpful and you cannot beat the location if you have an early flight from T5. I was only there for one night but would say that a major miss was that they did not have any plugs bedside. I don't want to have to get out of bed to access my devices.

Room was clean though very small. Early check in was available and concierge to hold bags on check out. Breakfast was good, amenities including gym and pool were nice and clean.
