The hotel room was clean, but the parking lot area had lots of litter. Very dated. Hallway had quite a bit of dirt on the carpet as well.

Had a to lodge a noise complaint that took over 3 hours to get dealt with, so management decided to comp my stay.

My stay at the hotel was great overall. The service, room, and amenities were excellent. However, the lack of provided slippers was disappointing. Hopefully, they'll consider adding this in the future.

I had a bus to catch after check out but it wasn’t for a couple hours so they let me stay one extra hour which was awesome! I’ll definitely be back.

It’s on the outdated side however it was quiet and security was in parking lot which made to feel better. The breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable. Big room.

Loved the restaurant and the pool/waterslide area. THe staff are very friendly and helpful. Wish this spot was closer to some attractions.

Our room had a smell to it. Was bearable. Found the pool temperature cool. Hot tub was only warm. Check in staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Card entry gave a sense of security, staff was very accommodating, and polite. I’ve had gone over the checkout time but was given a grace period with no extra charge. Quiet and clean rooms. The microwave kicked out the breaker but maintenance was very quick to fix the issue. The phone didn’t work but wasn’t really an issue as we all had cellphones, again maintenance was quick to resolve the issue. Friendly staff, made me feel welcome. Will stay again.

Upon arrival the girl at front desk who checked us in was very sweet and helpful. Once we arrived to our room it smelled so bad of urine our eyes were watering, my husband went to front desk and shortly after someone from housekeeping came and sprayed the carpet a bit with a sanitizer spray. We ordered from the restaurant and the food was okay, we tried to get room service but they rudely asked us to come pick it up. We brought our kids to the pool and the chlorine was so strong we couldn’t stay for very long which was disappointing as it was the whole reason we booked there. The next morning our toilet wouldn’t flush and started backing up, the whole time we stayed there it was not flushing well so we tried to just not use it. After telling the front desk someone came and just left a plunger at our door which really didn’t help anything as that wasn’t the issue. The toilet then was overflowing while my husband tried to fix it with the plunger anyways. We were told someone would come drop off towels and that someone else would come fix the toilet, they never came. We checked out hours early, the two men at front desk didn’t ask any questions just signed us out.

My room smelt like cigarette smoke so bad and the ceiling fan in that bathroom made nose all night we had to sleep with the bathroom doors closed I will not be staying at this hotel again

So there’s no towels at the pool. I asked at 7 pm for towels. And my son asked at 8 for towels and my daughter asked at 8:30 for towels. We were each told there’s no towels for the pool area. That they are out of towels for the rest of the day. That’s very poor treatment of people who are paying to stay at a hotel/inn.

Private security started to knock on everyones door 1 minute after midnight to say quiet down. It's new years eve. That was disappointing. My group wasn't being loud. Pool was good. Check in was rather disorganized.
